I was on when I wrote this series, but jesus christ they were good!
Gary, the 9f class locomotive,
is the main charactor, with his close friends Freddie, Jason, Flying scotsman and Neil, usually ending up in situations that
call for a large amount tea, naughty language, pringles and even more tea. (Railways run on tea dont they!)
This series has seen 6 not very
good episodes, and a movie that makes Thomas and the magic railroad look like a bad acid trip.
Initally this series was written
in 2006, but this changed over the next year as episodes were rewritten, and changed around. These episodes were created and
uploaded during the course of 2006, 2007 and early 2008, with the Gary the steam engine movie being created during the summer
of 2008. This was the last time Gary the steam engine appeared on youtube in OO gauge. The layout has since been demolished,
however the models will soon find a new home on a rebuilt and much better designed model railway Layout!
GTSE Will now follow in the footsteps of Over the
hills, which was created during 2008/2009, with the flight of the phoenix bringing the series to an end in 2011. It will also
be made using Railworks 3 - Train simulator 2012.
The scripts are in the
process of being finalised, and printed and distributed to the voice actors to record their parts. Episode 1 - Freddie
and the Bomb, is currently scheduled to be created during the summer of 2012.
